Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients undergoing polysomnogram within 6 months, with age 18, or higher.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Significant medical/psychiatric problems e.g. neurological problems, congestive heart failure, severe pulmonary disease, central sleep apnea syndrome
  • •2\. Pregnant woman
  • •3\. Regular shift workers
  • •4\. Previously received specific treatment for OSA e.g. CPAP, surgery, other specific devices
  • •5\. Change in body weight after PSG to research date \> 10%
  • •6\. Inconclusive PSG i.e. sleep efficiency \<20%, or ratio of central apnea \> 50% of total apnea and hypopnea
