1)Pre diagnosed patients Type 2 diabetes mellitus patient who are already on any type of oral hypoglycemic agent
2)Patients with HbA1c value more than 6.5%
3)Age group – 18 to 80 years
4)Patients of either Gender
5)Triglyceride levels > 150 mg/dl and < 350mg/dl
6)LDL levels >100mg/dl and <200mg/dl
HDL < 40mg/dl
1)Insulin dependent Diabetes mellitus
2)Any major systemic diseases like Carcinoma, Tuberculosis etc.
3)K/C/O- Neuropathic ulcer, Peripheral Vascular disease.
4)K/C/O Immunosuppressed patients on immunosuppressive drugs.
5)Malignancy disease.
6)Patient on steroid therapy.
7)Pregnant & Lactating women
8)Unable to provide written informed consent
