Inclusion Criteria
- •working as health provider(Khane Behdasht)
- •Informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •no consent to continue to study
- •Unwilling to participate in the final exam
- •More than two absentee at training sessions
- •Community health workers that have not been in service for less than 8 months
- •Those who do not have access to the Internet at their place of work
- •Use of long\-term leave such as maternity leave
