Age: 19 to under 75 years
- Patients who were referred to cardiac rehabilitation after treatments such as medication, coronary intervention and heart surgery due to acute cardiovascular diseases (ischemic heart disease, heart failure, valvular heart diseases and aortic diseases)
- Patients who received symptom limited cardiopulmonary exercise test and are classified to low and moderate risk group of exercise-induced heart attacks
- Patients who agree to participate in cardiac rehabilitation and this research
- Patients who do not respond to the purpose of this research and do not intend to participate
- Patients who are contraindicated for cardiopulmonary exercise test or exercise training
- Patients who are difficult to participate in this study due to medical reasons and researchers' judgment
- Patients who are not familiar with the use of the smart device
- Patients with a high risk of exercise-related heart attacks
