Inclusion Criteria

- The patients who have malocclusion, which need the extraction of right and left upper first premolar for upper canine retraction.
- The age of patients are between 18-30 years.
- No signs and symptoms of periodontal disease follow by American academy of periodontology (AAP) 1990.
- No other bone diseases.
- No drug allergy and long term use of anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive, bisphosphonates and steroid drugs especially 6 months before started treatment.

Exclusion Criteria

- Un-cooperative patients.
- The participants are unable to continue treatment.
- Loss follows up.
- Unable to control oral hygiene.
- Presence of periodontal diseases during study.
- Failure of bonding on the maxillary canine.
