Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) All patients aged 18 years of age or older with reduced LV systolic function (LVEF\=40%) are targeted
- •2\) Patients who are taking Sacubitril/valsartan or who are taking conventional ACEi/ARB oral medications and have been replaced with Sacubitril/valsartan.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Severe shock or hypotension at registration
- •2\) Those who have a history of angioedema
- •3\) Those who have hypersensitivity reactions and side effects to ACE inhibitors, ARB, and NEP inhibitors
- •4\) Patients who are pregnant or may become pregnant
- •5\) Patients with cancer history within 5 years
