- All
入选标准
- •1) All patients aged 18 years of age or older with reduced LV systolic function (LVEF=40%) are targeted
- •2) Patients who are taking Sacubitril/valsartan or who are taking conventional ACEi/ARB oral medications and have been replaced with Sacubitril/valsartan.
排除标准
- •1) Severe shock or hypotension at registration
- •2) Those who have a history of angioedema
- •3) Those who have hypersensitivity reactions and side effects to ACE inhibitors, ARB, and NEP inhibitors
- •4) Patients who are pregnant or may become pregnant
- •5) Patients with cancer history within 5 years
