Inclusion Criteria
1) All patients aged 18 years of age or older with reduced LV systolic function (LVEF=40%) are targeted
2) Patients who are taking Sacubitril/valsartan or who are taking conventional ACEi/ARB oral medications and have been replaced with Sacubitril/valsartan.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Severe shock or hypotension at registration
2) Those who have a history of angioedema
3) Those who have hypersensitivity reactions and side effects to ACE inhibitors, ARB, and NEP inhibitors
4) Patients who are pregnant or may become pregnant
5) Patients with cancer history within 5 years
