- •3. Overt symptom and sign
- •4. Endoscopic stenting
- •5. Obtained informed concent and aggrement from patients after adequate explanation

- •1. Bleeding tendency
- •2. Uncontrolled systemic disease
- •3. Pregnant or lactating women
- •4. Age < 20 years
- •5. Patients who refuse or who is unable to give informed consent on tissue sampling for the study
