简要总结
Inter-rater agreement between expert triage nurses was kappa = 0.82 (almost perfect) in the ESI group and kappa = 0.74 (substantial) in the JTAS group. In addition, the UT and OT ratios were 20.3% and 14.8%, respectively, in the ESI group, and 30.3% and 16.7%, respectively, in the JTAS group. The results revealed that the ESI scale was associated with higher agreement than the JTAS.
