Inclusion Criteria
1.patients who are visting to department with a chief compliant of receding gums.
2. patients who are visting to department with compliant of sensitivity.
3. permanent dentition
4. patient willing to treatment
Exclusion Criteria
1. active, untreatable periodontal diseases.
2. rampant uncontrolled caries
3. patients undergoing orthodontic procedures.
4. primary dentition
. patients who were under antibiotic coverage and under topical anti-inflammatory therapy.
6. patients who had bleeding disorders.
7. patients who had any other systemic diseases which may alter the local inflammatory response
