  • Patients undergoing thoracic surgery that require the placement of left-sided double-lumen tubes

Exclusion Criteria
  • Abnormal anatomy of tracheobronchial tree
  • Intraluminal lesion in the left or right mainstem bronchus
  • Anticipated difficult intubation
