1.Age =18 years and = 80 years
2.Acute hemorrhagic stroke patients: traumatic intracerebral or intraventricular hemorrhage (ICH or IVH), spontaneous ICH or IVH, vascular structure related ICH or IVH (AVM, CM), subdural or epidural hematoma (SDH or EDH), tumor bleeding
3.Glasgow Coma Score (GCS): 5-15
4.Operation or non-operation cases
5.Expected ICU stay > 48 hours
6.Disease that hypercalcemia may be harmful
Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) d/t aneurysm rupture or trauma
Moyamoya disease (MMD)
Medical disease: AKI, coronary diseases (myocardial infarction), gout, hyperparathyroidism
7.On antiplatelets or anticoagulation agents (aspirin, clopidogrel, cilostazol, heparin, warfarin ?vitamin K antagonist?, DOAC ?Direct Oral Anticoagulants?)
8.Hematologic disorder or thrombocytopenia ( < 50, 000/µL)
9.Post-anoxic coma; status epilepticus without underlying brain injury; central nervous system (CNS) infections (community-acquired; hospital-acquired; ventriculitis; post-operative)
10.Brain death or imminent death (within 24 hours)
11.Pregnancy or nephrotic syndrome diagnosed patient
12.DNR (do not resuscitate) orders
