Inclusion Criteria
All patients presenting with acute appendicitis to the Emergency Department between the age group of 14 to 75 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with appendicular perforation / appendicular lump.
2.Pregnancy
3.Patients not giving consent and unable to comprehend the nature of study.
4.Open appendectomy with McBurneys/ Lanz incision.
5.Laparoscopic Appendicectomy.
6.Patients with appendicular perforation / appendicular lump.
7.Chronic Renal Failure.
8.Malignancy.
9.Psychiatric and Mental disorder.
