Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patient has to meet the following inclusion criteria: 1\) underwent CABG for the first time ; 2\). have a New York Health Association functional classification of Iâ€III; 3\). Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) score \>23; 4\). Patients can communicate and understand Thai language; 5\). Patients can communicate via a smartphone.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Disability or limitation in walking
