入选标准
- •A case will be defined as a person with acute febrile illness with headache, myalgia and associated
- •with history of exposure to infected animals or an environment contaminated with animal urine with
- •one or more of the following [as per WHO guideline] [4]
- •1-calf muscle tenderness
- •2- conjuctival suffusion
- •3-anuria or oligouria and/or protienuria
- •4- Jaundice
- •5-Hemorrhagic manifestations
- •6- Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Diarrheoa.
排除标准
- •All known patients with suspected leptospirosis, who were also positive for
- •acute febrile illness like malaria, typhoid, dengue, brucella, viral hepatitis, ricketssiae.
