Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Maternal age ≥ 18 years old
- •Singleton pregnancy
- •37 complete weeks to 41\+6 weeks of gestational age
- •Normal vaginal delivery with or without episiotomy
- •Estimate neonatal birth weight 2,500\-4,000 gm by measuring tape (Johnson's formula) or ultrasound (Hadlock)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Prior of postpartum hemorrhage, hypertension in pregnancy, bleeding during pregnancy, polyhydramnios, uterine anomalies, and/or abnormal placentation
- •Maternal or intrauterine infection
- •Coagulopathy or anticoagulant drugs used
- •Abnormal progression of labor (prolongation disorder, protraction disorder, arrest disorder, and precipitate labor).
