all post partum females delivered in STH and admitted in post-partum ward of Government medical college from march 2021 to june 2021, who agreed to be included in study and for follow up thereafter.

Name Time Method Incidence of acute low back pain and chronic low back pain (NRS more than 4)in post partum females <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Acute low back pain- 24 hrs to less than 3 months, continuous or intermittent of intensity more than or equal to 4 on numerical rating scale <br/ ><br>Chronic low back pain- low back pain for more than or equal to 3 months, continuous or intermittent type of pain with intensity more than or equal to 4 on numerical rating scale
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Correlation between cesarean section and acute or chronic low back pain. <br/ ><br>Correlation between socio-economic status and acute or chronic low back pain. <br/ ><br>Correlation between breast feeding and chronic low back pain. <br/ ><br>Correlation between educational qualification and chronic low back pain.Timepoint: All correlation will be done at end of study period that is 6 months
