patients under angioplasty or coronary vascular stent, age below 70 years, having education at least equal to primary fifth class, the ability of comprehending the educational subjects based on the researcher’s judgment, having the ability of understanding Persian language, inclining to participate in the research, accessibility to telephone to follow up the training plan by researcher. Exclusion criteria: dementia, mental and psychological confusion (according to diagnosis by physician and file records), suffering from severe and life threatening diseases along with coronary vascular disease (according to diagnosis by physician and patient’s file), having anxiety and depression at higher than 11 based on the hospital anxiety and depression scale, participating in compiled formal and informal classes of coronary vascular disease previously (based on patient’s expression), history of coronary artery bypass graft and signing the written informed consent form.
