Inclusion Criteria

1.Couples unable to conceive after having regular, unprotected sexual intercourse for >12 months.

2. BMI <30 kg/m2

3. Husband Semen Analysis within normal references ranges as per WHO 2010 criteria, within last 6 months.

4. Tubal patency documented by HSG/Laparoscopy.

5 Normal Transvaginal ultrasound to exclude any pelvic structural pathology.

6.Genital TB infection ruled out by TB-PCR /BACTEC.

7. Patient consenting to undergo ovulation induction and Intra-uterine insemination treatment

Exclusion Criteria

Patients not giving consent or not willing to follow up.

Secondary Objectives- <br/ ><br>1.To assess the effect of intrauterine instillation of hyaluronic acid enriched media on biochemical and ongoing pregnancy rate up to 20 weeks in intrauterine insemination treatment. <br/ ><br>2.To the effect of intrauterine instillation of hyaluronic acid enriched media on miscarriage rate in intrauterine insemination treatment. <br/ ><br>3.To estimate patient discomfort and pain following intrauterine instillation using standard pain scale. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 18 months for recruitment and 6 months for follow up and analysis
