Inclusion Criteria
All RT-PCR confirmed COVID 19 positive patients severe COVID-19 disease,
who have received steroid therapy (methylprednisolone or dexamethasone)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients on chronic steroid therapy
2.Patients having Cushing syndrome
3.Patients on chemotherapy or immunosuppressive drugs
4.Post-operative patients
