Inclusion Criteria

Adults with vertical maxillary excess. Anterior and posterior gummy smile more than 3mm. Clinical crown of the upper central incisors in 9-11mm. Angle Class I and II malocclusion.
No passive lip closure at rest.

Exclusion Criteria

Cases of gingival hyperplasia, short clinical crown; presence of systemic diseases; presence of congenital deformity; loss of permanent teeth or agenesis.
