- •Participants aged 60 years and above
- •Individuals who are independently mobile and engage in atleast light physical activity as assessed by the Timed Up and Go Test with a cut off
- •score of less than or equal to 12
排除标准
- •Individuals who are unable to follow instructions or provide informed
- •consent due to cognitive deficits
- •Individuals with vision or sensory deficits will be excluded
- •Individuals those who have lower limb injuries or neurological disorders will
- •be excluded
