Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All elective and emergency procedures done in major OT complex in patients \<18 years of age having head and neck cancers

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Children with difficult airway due to congenital syndromes (Pierre robin, Treacher Collins, Downs syndrome etc).
  • •2\.Patients \> 18yrs of age with head and neck cancer.
  • •3\.Procedures done in remote locations (CT scan, MRI, Interventional radiology or Minor OT complex) in patients with head and neck cancers.
  • •4\.Children undergoing surgery for retinoblastoma.
  • •5\.Children with incomplete records
