Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patient of locally advanced non small cell lung cancer who will be treated with concurrent chemoradiation (EBRT 60Gy/30frs/6weeks along with Platinum doublet based chemotherapy) or sequential chemoradiation(3-4 cycles of Platinum doublet based chemotherapy followed by EBRT 55Gy/20Frs/4weeks) or radical radiotherapy alone (EBRT 55Gy/20Frs/4weeks)
  • All patients who will be receiving Intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) with daily image guidance

Exclusion Criteria

  • Post operative radiotherapy
  • Palliative radiotherapy
  • Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for early NSCLC
  • Reirradiation
  • Radiotherapy for small cell lung cancer
  • Patients who will receive 3D conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) for NSCLC
  • Consolidative radiotherapy for oligometastatic disease
