Patient of locally advanced non small cell lung cancer who will be treated with concurrent chemoradiation (EBRT 60Gy/30frs/6weeks along with Platinum doublet based chemotherapy) or sequential chemoradiation(3-4 cycles of Platinum doublet based chemotherapy followed by EBRT 55Gy/20Frs/4weeks) or radical radiotherapy alone (EBRT 55Gy/20Frs/4weeks)
All patients who will be receiving Intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) with daily image guidance
Post operative radiotherapy
Palliative radiotherapy
Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for early NSCLC
Reirradiation
Radiotherapy for small cell lung cancer
Patients who will receive 3D conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) for NSCLC
Consolidative radiotherapy for oligometastatic disease
