- •ASA I-III patients scheduled for elective unilateral TKA under spinal anesthesia (SA)
排除标准
- •- age < 40 years or > 80 years
- •- body mass index (BMI) > 45
- •- renal insufficiency (Cr > 1.5 mg/dl)
- •- pre-existing neurological deficit
- •- inability to comprehend pain scales
- •- chronic opioid use
- •- contraindications to either neuraxial block or FNB
