Employees were included if they met any of the following exclusion criteria:
1.Employees who are 25 to 35 years of age.
2.Chronic low back pain of a nonspecific nature.
3.Employees suffering from at least a single episode of back pain in the past 3 months.
4.Employees in front of the computer for more than 3hrs/day and work experience of more than 2yrs.
Employees were excluded if they met any of the following exclusion criteria:
1.presence of neurological signs (e.g., perceived weakness in the lower limbs);
2.a diagnosed psychiatric disorder or severe cognitive impairment.
3.having the specific disease (e.g., Malignancy, inflammatory joint and bone disease).
