入选标准
- •1) Clinical diagnosis of Bipolar/Unipolar depression
- •2)Known diagnosis for more than 6 months
- •3)Individuals with moderate, severe and extreme depression
- •4)Aged more than 18 years of age
- •5) Individuals who read, write and understand English or Hindi language.
- •6)Individuals admitted in selected mental health centres as inpatients.
- •7) Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM-D) score more than 14
排除标准
- •1)With primary diagnosis of any neurotic, organic or substance related disorders.
- •2) Unwilling to participate in the study.
- •3) Participation in any other trials.
- •4) Current use of complementary and alternative therapies.
