Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Clinical diagnosis of Bipolar/Unipolar depression
- •2\)Known diagnosis for more than 6 months
- •3\)Individuals with moderate, severe and extreme depression
- •4\)Aged more than 18 years of age
- •5\) Individuals who read, write and understand English or Hindi language.
- •6\)Individuals admitted in selected mental health centres as inpatients.
- •7\) Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM\-D) score more than 14
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)With primary diagnosis of any neurotic, organic or substance related disorders.
- •2\) Unwilling to participate in the study.
- •3\) Participation in any other trials.
- •4\) Current use of complementary and alternative therapies.
