Inclusion Criteria
Individuals who have dorsiflexion values in a closed kinetic chain below 40 degress in the Lunge Test.
Exclusion Criteria
presenting musculoskeletal injury in the lower limb; rheumatic diseases; cardiovascular diseases; or any other alteration that may harm volunteers health or that compromises the performance of the tests.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increased range of motion of ankle dorsiflexion in a closed kinetic chain, performed by the Lunge Test. An increase of at least 5 degrees will be considered and will be evaluated in three moments, being pre-treatment, immediate post-treatment and, after 3 days of treatment.<br><br>The Articular Mobilization - Mulligan Concept + Articular Mobilization - Maitland Method group is expected to have a higher increase, as it is associated with the combination of the two mobilization techniques.
