Patients type2 Non Insulin Dependent Diabetes with or without visual disturbance but detectable opthalmosope features of Diabetic Retinopathy with blood level FBS 126 to 220mg/dl or PPBS 170 to 330mg/dl with ongoing treatment
Early stage of NPDR
Patients who are extremely debilitating and those who are not withstand treatment procedure
High risk Diabetic Retinopathy or those requiring emergency intervention
Patients of Diabetic Retinopathy with media opacities like cataract vitreous degeneration etc with interfere with opthalmosopical finding
Patients having other ocular like glaucoma High myopia
Hypertensive Retinopathy and Diabetic Retinopathy associated with pregnancy
Patients who BCVA is less than 6/60
