Inclusion Criteria

Adolescents

In the age group of 12–15 years.

Able to speak, read, and understand English.

Regularly attending class for one month

Studying in English medium high school

Who is at risk for smartphone addiction (after the screening )

Exclusion Criteria

Adolescents

With physical illness or challenged children that hinders them from participating in laughter yoga and mindfulness.

With epilepsy or asthma

Who are currently engaged in exercises and meditation weekly
