Inclusion Criteria
1. Aged 18 to 60 years old;
2. Inpatients who meet the diagnostic criteria for mild, general and neonatal pneumonia in western medicine, and early and recovery stages of traditional Chinese medicine;
3. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with other serious diseases such as lung diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematopoietic diseases, autoimmune diseases, digestive system, or mental illness;
2. Pregnant or lactating women;
3. Participate in other forms of exercise during the trial
