Inclusion Criteria

• Patients with hernia within 3cm above and below the umbilicus, i.e.

Umbilical Hernias(EHS classification M3).

• Patients with a hernia of size <4cm, i.e. Small sized Umbilical hernia

(EHS classification W1).

• Patients fit to undergo Laparoscopic surgery.

• Patients who are willing to give informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with liver disease with ascites.

2. Patients with peritonitis.

3. Patients with intestinal obstruction.

4. Patients with hollow viscus perforation.
