Inclusion Criteria
Bmi 18- 28 kg/m2
ASA physical status 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal to give consent
2.Know allergy to local anesthetic
Coagulation disorders
3.Infection near the block procedure
Pregnancy
4.Medical history of phrenic nerve or diaphragmatic injury
5.Preoperative chest radiography indicating pleural effusion , pneumothorax

Name Time Method To compare the incidence of hemidiaphragmatic paralysis between two groups , Group A and Group B <br/ ><br>Group A - Clavipectoral fascial plane block with intermediate cervical plexus block <br/ ><br>Group B- Interscalene brachial plexus block with intermediate cervical plexus block. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 4 hours
