Diagnostic criteria:; Whipple’s disease, [S2k Leitlinie Morbus Whipple, Z. Gastroenterol 2015;53:418] those with rheumatoid arthritis the 2010 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and European League Against Rheumatism classification criteria, those with psoriasis arthritis – the CASPAR criteria, and the patients with axial spondyloarthritis – the ASAS classification criteria, Palindromic arthritis was diagnosed when episodic and saltatory arthritis with articular pain and swelling occurred in patients in the presence of either anti-citrullinated protein antibodies (ACPA) in 14 patients or isolated positive rheumatoid factor in one patient.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method All patients consenting and fulfilling the diagnostic criteria are asked to answer questionnaires as there were 40 patients with Whipple's disease, +20 patients with Whipple's disease as validation group + 30 patients with rheumatoid arthritis +25 patients with axial spondyloarthritis+ 21 patients with psoriatic arthritis + 15 patients with palindromic arthritis.<br>Primary outcome measure is registration and evaluation of the clinical symptoms recorded in the questionnaires.
