- •Diagnostic criteria:; Whipple’s disease, [S2k Leitlinie Morbus Whipple, Z. Gastroenterol 2015;53:418] those with rheumatoid arthritis the 2010 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and European League Against Rheumatism classification criteria, those with psoriasis arthritis – the CASPAR criteria, and the patients with axial spondyloarthritis – the ASAS classification criteria, Palindromic arthritis was diagnosed when episodic and saltatory arthritis with articular pain and swelling occurred in patients in the presence of either anti-citrullinated protein antibodies (ACPA) in 14 patients or isolated positive rheumatoid factor in one patient.
