入选标准
- •1. All patients were diagnosed as gastric cancer or colorectal cancer by pathology, and the pathological types were not limited;
- •2. Oxaliplatin chemotherapy was used for the first time.
- •3. The ECG, blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function were basically normal. Karnofsky score (KPS) >= 70;
- •4. The expected survival time was more than 3 months.
排除标准
- •Patients with nervous system diseases such as cerebrovascular disease, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, patients who are being treated with other chemotherapy drugs that may cause neurotoxicity, patients with hand foot skin lesions or history of drug allergy.
