Inclusion Criteria
Age group of 18 years and above.
SCI grades B to D in ASIA scoring system.
Certificate from a general physician indicating that it is safe for the participants to take part in physical activity intervention, such as physiotherapy, Yoga & Naturopathy intervention,
and also agrees to participate as a volunteer by signing a signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Participants who cannot participate in proposed interventions i.e., physiotherapy, Yoga &
Naturopathy.
Subjects who are not medically stable.
Pre-existing medical contraindications (Cardiovascular complications, Pulmonary disorders,
History of deep vein thrombosis, Bed sores).
Cognitive limitations/ language comprehension issues that would impact participation.
