1. The subjects who participated in the study were those who agreed and agreed with the purpose of the study. The dental anxiety scale was more than 13 points
2. Persons aged 30 to 59 years and those with more than 4 mm of periodontal pouch in the mouth.
3. Non-systemic patients who may affect the periodontal status
4. Anyone who understands this question and is able to answer questions, except for sight disorders and illiteracy
1. Those who have been treated for periodontal disease within the last 3 months
2. Those who have taken antibiotics within the previous 1 month
3. Pregnant, lactating
4. Current revision
5. Those who receive DSM-IV psychiatric treatment, psychiatric inpatient, psychiatric treatment

Name Time Method Dental anxiety scale (dental anxiety scale) was evaluated after 1 week of progressive muscle relaxation therapy at the second visit.

Name Time Method After one application of progressive muscle relaxation therapy, the effect of dental fear surveillance is evaluated at 1 week (second visit).;After applying once a progressive muscle relaxation therapy, one week after the (second admission) Identify the effect of improving blood pressure (Vital sign) at this point.
