1) Patients following arthroscopic rotator cuff repair
2) Either patient or caregiver using smart phone
Exclusion Criteria
1)Systemic diseases eg: Rheumatoid arthritis, infectious and other auto immune diseases affecting shoulder
2)Severe auditory and visual deficits
