Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Feeling of something coming our per vagina
- •2 micturition disturbances
- •3 bowel disturbances
- •5 Dragging pain in pelvis
- •6 symptoms with 1st and 2nd degree utero vaginal prolapse
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 age below 30 and above 60 years
- •2 pregnancy
- •3 history of psychotic diseases
- •4 anal fissure and haemorrhoids
- •5 PID and other STD
- •6 congenital anomalies leading to prolapse
- •7 3rd and 4th degree uterine prolapse
