入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Subjects with unilateral /first time ischemic,haemorrhagic stroke /right or left
- •2.Between 6 weeks and 6 months post stroke
- •3.Age group between 40-75 years
- •4.MMSE more than 23, Modified Ashworth scale score >1and <3.
- •5.Voluntary extension of wrist and fingers of at least 10 degrees from the resting position.
- •6.Functional level (FMA-UE score >22).
- •7.Brunnstrom stage of motor recovery of 2 to 5.
排除标准
- •1.Subjects will be excluded with above 75 years of age
- •2.Wrist and/or finger contracture or joint stiffness
- •3.Presence of implanted electronic devices, epilepsy, respiratory insufficiency, pregnancy, peripheral neuropathies, cutaneous ulcers at the stimulation zone.
- •4.Brunnstrom stage of motor recovery of 1
- •5.Neuropsychiatric disorder, pain in wrist and hand
