Inclusion Criteria
Patients with SCI at C6-C7
-Presence of sensation in hand
-Complete loss of hand function
- Flexible wrist
Exclusion Criteria
-Patients with SCI above or below C6-C7
- Wrist contracture
- Lack/absence of sensations in hand
- Patient having cognitive or psychological problems

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The new design of writing device will be effectively assistive for patient with spinal cord injury after the four weeks of interventionTimepoint: post data of both the groups were assessed by QUEST 2.0 questionnaire that will be filled by the patients after after four weeks. Statistical analysis will be done using SPSS software and a hypothesis will be tested at significant level of P0.05. An Independent t-test will be used to analyses difference between post-test data of both the groups.
