- •H. pylori induced APDs(GERD, hyperacidity,1st stage ulcer.Subjects with positive H.Pylori test and score > 27 in the GSRS(Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale).
排除标准
- •Patients with: tonsillectomy, recent abdominal surgery, and pregnancy hypertension,Severe spinal problems or other chronic illnesses.

Treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection with high dose esomeprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole in pediatric patients infected with double resistant Helicobacter pylori strains - HP-DR-STUDIESymptomatic, H. pylori-infected male and female patients <18 years of age with a positive culture of H. pylori and proven resistance to metronidazole & clarithromycin (E-test or agar diffusion).
