Inclusion Criteria
Police trainees of both gender from Kerala Police Academy, Thrissur.
People willing to give a valid consent form
Willingness to participate in the Yoga program
Exclusion Criteria
Those who have undergone any recent surgery
Inability to speak or understand either English or Malayalam language
Pregnant women
Frequent users of alcohol, coffee or any other recreational drug that can confound the intervention effect.
Taking any medications that can alter the intervention effect.
Hyperthyroidism, Diabetes, Insomnia or any other serious or chronic disorders that can lead
to fatigue.
