Inclusion Criteria
Normal,elevated, stage 1 and stage 2 hypertension
Both sedentary as well as recreationally active person
Both medicated as well as non-medicated patients
Exclusion Criteria
Stage II or more hypertension (SBP 160 mmHg or more and DBP
100 mmHg or more)
Respiratory problem
Arthritis
Diabetes
Neuro-muscular diseases
Very active like current sports participation
