Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients having any one of the symptoms of lower back pain radiates to the lower extremities anteriorly, tenderness, numbness
2.Limitation of lower back movements
3.patient willing to sign consent form
Exclusion Criteria
1.Traumatic condition
2.Inter vertebral disc prolapse
3.Spondylolisthesis
4.Neoplasm
5.Congenital anamolies
6.Gibbus deformity
7.Sacralization
8.Cardiac diseases
9.Pregnant women and lactating mother
10.Patients with any other serious systemic illness

Name Time Method 1.Pain reduction is evidenced by pain assessment scale (visual analogue scale). <br/ ><br>2.Reduction of stiffness and pain present in the lumbar region. <br/ ><br>3.Improvement in the range of movements of lumbar region. <br/ ><br>4.Improvement in ability to sit, stand and walk for a long time without pain. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 12months <br/ ><br>
