For Patients-Patients who are admitted in adult and pulmonary ICU of AIIMS Jodhpur and those who are willing to give consent for participation in the study , Age 18 years or above , RASS Score above minus three (-3); as only they will be eligible for delirium assessment on selected scales, Patientsâ?? ICU stay at least 72 hours. For Family members- Family members who will able to communicate and are willing to give consent for the study , Family member who will successfully demonstrate the knowledge and skills of â??Programmed Family-Patient Communication (PFPC)â?? Availability of immediate and same family members during data collection .
For patient and family -
History of any mental disorder
Patientsâ?? or their familyâ??s reluctance to continue participation.
