Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Voluntary control of grade 3 or 4 for upper extremity and voluntary control of grade 3 or 4 for hand.
- •2\.Subacute /Chronic stroke survivors with middle cerebral artery affection.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Reflex sympathetic dystrophy of affected upper extremity
- •2\.Shoulder dislocation /subluxation of affected upper extremity
- •3\.Recent shoulder pathology of affected upper extremity
