Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •18 years or older
- •\- loss of a loved one due to suicide
- •\- time since loss at least 14 months
- •\- meeting the criteria for prolonged grief disorder
- •\- access to the Internet
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- severe depressive disorder (BDI\-II \> 28\): this criterion was later removed
- •\- increased value in suicide scale, value \>3 (Yale evaluation of Suicide scale): this criterion was later removed
- •\- history of dissociative or psychotic symptoms (Brief Symptom Inventory, Derogatis, 1993\)
- •\- severe dependence or substance abuse disorder (questions about consuming alcohol or drugs)
- •\- ongoing psychotherapy
- •\- unstable psychopharmacological treatment in the last 6 weeks
