Inclusion Criteria
a)Children aged 6 to 09 years, requiring extraction of primary molars root resorption not more than 1/3 rd of root length
b)Childâ??s weight within normal range
c)No cognitive impairment
d)ASA-I and II physical status
e)No history of allergy to lignocaine
e)Frankel Behavior scale rating of 2 and 3
Exclusion Criteria
a)Patients with a history of lignocaine allergy
b)Children with special health care needs
c)Children suffering from systemic disorders
d)Unwilling and unaccompanied children
